West Harrison Man Accused Of Secretly Filming Family Members Gets Probation
A Westchester County man was given one-year probation prior to sentencing after pleading guilty to one count of unlawful surveillance for videotaping family members in a bathroom after officials failed to read him his Miranda rights. Andrew P.
