Four Westchester teens were arrested after allegedly charging thousands on a stolen credit card at the Jefferson Valley Mall.
The four, including Jarron Williams, 19, of Mogehan Lake; Anton Birnel, 19, of Peekskill, and two underage juveniles, were arrested around 8 p.m., Saturday, June 15, after Yorktown Police received a call from a resident saying his credit card company had notified him his card was being used for numerous purchases at the mall, said the Yorktown Police.
