Construction To Start On Complex With 36 Luxury Apartments In Harrison
A defunct movie theater in Westchester will soon be revitalized by three dozen luxury apartments, a cafe and several refurbished stores. Developers have broken ground at the Harrison Playhouse Lofts in downtown Harrison, which is an adaptive reuse of the old Harrison movie theater that has been closed for over a dozen years. The project is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development that will add 36 luxury rental units as well as a new street-level café on Purdy Street and refurbished stores on Harrison Avenue.
