Owner Nabbed For $40M Trademark Counterfeiting At NY Boutique, Police Say
A New York woman has been charged with trademark counterfeiting after tens of millions of dollars in fake labels for such high-end brands as Gucci and Prada were allegedly found at her boutique.
The combined value of the items was over $40,000,000, police said.

Firefighters are battling a large fire at the former Gucci Estate in Northern Westchester
The fire began around 6 a.m., Friday, Nov. 8, at the 5,300-square-foot home located in Yorktown Heights at 1230 Baptist Church Road.
Firefighters are having to truck in water as no fire hydrants are located in the area.
Information on Zillow said the home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, an au pair suite, as well as a one-bedroom guest house. The 11-acre estate also has a pool, a double-sided paddock, professional tennis court, gazebo with a pond, and a waterfall and stream.

Services Scheduled For Westchester Native Killed In Mahopac Crash
Services have been scheduled for a Mahopac teen killed after crashing his car into a tree.
John Rossetti, 18, was killed around 11:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 26, when his gray Honda Civic struck the tree on Woodbine Drive, came to rest on its passenger side, and then the engine block and tree burst into flames, said Carmel Police Lt. John Dearman.
Rossetti was born to John Rossetti and Cherie Purdy on March 17, 2001, in Yonkers. He grew up in Mahopac and attended Mahopac High School.
