Hudson Valley School District Taps New Superintendent: 'Has Proven Record' A school district in the Hudson Valley has officially named a new superintendent who is already a very familiar face.  The Brewster Central School District in Putnam County announced the appointment of Michelle Gosh as its next superintendent on Friday, Jan. 12.
