Wayne Kellogg, Former Longtime Harrison High School Music Teacher, 93 Wayne A. Kellogg, 93, formerly of Hannibal passed away December 15, 2024, after a long illness at Seneca Hill Manor after residing at The Gardens in Oswego. He was born in Hannibal, NY to the late Howard and Gertrude Kellogg. Wayne held a lifelong love of music. During his time in high school, he played in several bands and orchestras, entertaining all over the area. He proudly served in the Army from 1952 to 1954, where he played with the USO entertaining fellow service members.
