Screaming Woman Who Ran From Officers In Westchester Charged With Resisting Arrest, Police Say
A woman who was yelling and screaming and causing a public scene was arrested for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, police said.
Annette Reinhardt, 66, of New York City, was arrested on Wednesday, July 24, after Yorktown Police received a call about a civil dispute at 3673 Hill Blvd., said the Yorktown Police.
When officers arrived on the scene, Reinhardt allegedly threatened police and was screaming and shouting obscenities causing alarm to other people in the area, police said.
