Westchester School Bus Driver Wins National Award A Northern Westchester school bus driver is being nationally recognized for her efforts to make sure that all her young passengers have the best experience possible on their way to class.  Katonah-Lewisboro School District bus driver Carol Rivera Gaffey was awarded National Special-Needs School Bus Driver of the Year on Tuesday, Dec. 5 by AMF-Bruns of America, which manufactures special needs products, district officials announced.
