Crashes, Dangerous Driving, Multiple DWIs Occur In Hudson Valley Over Holiday Weekend Several people, including Connecticut residents, were apprehended for impaired driving over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in the Hudson Valley, including several incidents involving crashes and dangerous driving behaviors, authorities announced. The arrests, which occurred in Putnam County between Tuesday, Nov. 26, and Wednesday, Dec. 4, were announced by the Putnam County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday. The incident occurred in Rockland and Orange counties on Sunday, Aug. 4, in Haverstraw and Highlands.
