PURCHASE, N.Y. – Yankees coach and Purchase resident Joe Girardi can now add app engineer to his long list of accomplishments with the release of his new app, “Portalball” coming in August, reports the Wall Street Journal.
Girardi first had the thought to create a family-friendly baseball-oriented game two years ago after seeing his children play various games, and after talking to app developer Appetizer Mobile, the idea came to fruition, according to the report.
