The suspect entered the private school located at 500 West Hartsdale Ave. in Hartsdale about 5 p.m. that day.

The male entered the men’s bathroom next to the main lobby and disrobed. He then held the bathroom door open and intentionally allowed himself to be observed standing just inside the doorway. The male then put his clothes back on and fled the school, said police, who released security camera images of the suspect, according to Greenburgh police.

An investigation conducted by the Greenburgh Police Department’s Special Victim’s Unit -- with the assistance of Westchester County Probation and the Westchester County District Attorney's Office-- resulted in the arrest of Edward Foley of 367 Evandale Road in Scarsdale, according to Greenburgh police.

Foley was arrested and arraigned on one count of third-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, also a misdemeanor, police said on Thursday.

He was released on $5,000 bail and is due back in Town of Greenburgh Court on Friday.
