The celebration will take place on the corner of Davis Avenue & East Post Road, White Plains.
The new tower will include 24 new private rooms, five additional state-of-the-art operating rooms built to support the most advanced procedures, a new sterile central supply, lobby and entranceway.
The new tower represents a symbol of the future of health care that White Plains Hospital is bringing to Westchester. The future of White Plains Hospital hopes to bring more sophisticated patient-focused care, advances in treating cancer, heart disease and other life-threatening conditions, includes the transition of hospital leadership from Chief Executive Officer Jon Schandler to President Susan Fox, and a developing partnership with the Montefiore Health System. Speakers for the event include hospital Schandler, Fox, and Deputy Westchester County Executive Kevin Plunkett.
