Three Accidents Cause Traffic on Westchester Roads

PELHAM, N.Y. – Three separate accidents caused traffic to slow down in lower Westchester Monday morning.

An accident occurred on I-95 northbound at Exit 15, New Rochelle and US 1, at 8:45 a.m., according to the New York State Thruway Authority.

An accident on I-287 westbound between Exit 7, Central Westchester Parkway North, and Exit 8W/8/8E, Bloomingdale Road and Westchester Avenue, occurred at 8:50 a.m.

Another accident occurred on I-287 westbound at Exit 8, I-87, just before 8:30 a.m. The accident caused slow, stop-and-go traffic eastbound on the highway from Exit 8 to before Exit 5, Tarrytown.
