Service experienced delays for various amounts of time due to earlier signal problems near South Norwalk, Metro-North said.
Earlier on Monday, Metro-North said eastbound train service from East Norwalk to New Haven and westbound service from South Norwalk to Stamford was delayed due to a track condition requiring attention in the vicinity of South Norwalk.
Before that, Metro-North was experiencing delays on the New Haven Line of up to 40 minutes due to a track condition Monday morning requiring attention in the vicinity of Greens Farms in Westport.
Metro-North advised customers to listen to announcements at local stations.
