WEST HARRISON, N.Y. - Former West Harrison resident Rocco Ciccone died from heart failure Feb. 18 at his home in Melbourne, Fla. He was 62.
He was born July 23, 1949 to the late Adeline and Joseph Ciccone in White Plains. As a young man, Ciccone worked as a caretaker for the Long estate in Purchase. Ciccone, who spent most of his life in West Harrison with his family, then worked as a carpenter, constructing Pathmark and Waldbaum supermarkets.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Grillo Ciconne; his daughters, Adele Ciccone Santomassimo and Raquel Ciccone Hiland; his son, Joseph Ciccone; his sister, Jenny Curtin; his brothers, Tony and Santo Ciccone; and four grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Davis Seawinds Funeral Home in Melbourne.
