What Makes It Pasta Perfect: The quality of the food and the vast experience of the restaurateurs behind it. The kitchen is lead by Co-Owner and Culinary Institute of America (CIA) grad Joseph Engongoro and run by General ManagerJoseph Carvelli. Popular dishes include pappardelle with pork ragu, spaghetti carbonara, parmesan-crusted sole, chicken scarpariello, spinach dumplings and Roman style pizzas. Of particular note: the packed with flavor Bosco pie with wild mushrooms and truffle set against sweet caramelized onions and fresh mozzarella.
Worth Special Mention: Trevi makes its own gelato. The eatery also has a nice Italian wine list though it also has wines from other parts of the world.
