Meditation for Healthy Living will be led by Dr. Andrew Vidich, an author, educator and inspirational speaker who has taught workshops on meditation all over the country. Through demonstrations he will teach participants techniques on how they can use meditation to reduce stress, improve concentration and promote greater physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
The first of the two-part series will be held Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the Harrison Public Library, 2 Bruce Ave. The second part will be held on June 19 at 7 p.m.
