In response to customer complaints, JetBlue officials sent out a message on Twitter Thursday morning that the service disruptions were a result power outage at the company's data center.
Social media complaints from customers mentioned problems at Los Angeles International Airport and John F. Kennedy International Airport, according to CNBC.
Company officials said customers should still plan on arriving on time for flights, despite potential delays, Business Insider says. Problems didn't impact JetBlue's stock price since both CNBC and Business Insider report at least a 2 percent share price increase as many U.S. stocks experienced a rally Thursday.
