HARRISON, N.Y. -- Wegmans is one step closer to being Harrison's next supermarket.
The Harrison Planning Board is expected to vote Tuesday night to allow Wegmans, which will be located at 106-110 Corporate Park Drive, near the I-684/I-287 junction, to skip a full environmental review process. The project was first announced last December.
The town board is expected to vote on a zoning change for the project on May 5.
Wegmans, which was founded 100 years ago, currently has 92 stores in the Northeast.
