Travis Pearson, 28, a member of the Blood Stones Army, pleaded guilty one count of attempted assault, a violent felony, and one count of second-degree conspiracy. A member of a prominent gang in Westchester has admitted to his roles in several attempted murders and violent incidents in an effort to assert his control in a Yonkers neighborhood. Videos have been released of fights which left several people injured this past summer and resulted in criminal charges for a pair of firefighters in Westchester. The first video was taken inside Rory Dolan’s Restaurant and Bar on McLean Avenue at approximately 2 a.m. on June 11. The video shows the firefighters - later identified as Lt. There will be weekslong lane closures beginning on Friday on Yonkers Avenue in Westchester as utility crews begin a gas main installation. The New York State Department of Transportation said that beginning on Friday, Aug. 24, there will be single-lane closures on Yonkers Avenue between Orient Street and Belmont Avenue in Yonkers. The 62-year-old man who was killed when he was struck by an SUV while crossing a Westchester street late Thursday afternoon has been identified. The incident took place around 5:35 p.m. as the man was crossing the road near 63 Yonkers Ave. and was struck by a Jeep driven by a 35-year-old Yonkers woman, said Sgt. Jared Singer. Three Stabbed In Broad Daylight In Yonkers
Three people were stabbed during a disagreement on Yonkers Avenue on Wednesday, police said. Two men and a teen were stabbed around 3:45 p.m. at 714 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers Police Sgt. Jared Singer said. Singer said the attack stems from a prior dispute and was not random. Two of the victims have been released from a local area hospital, one with a stab wound to the hand, the other victim received a stab wound to the abdomen, Singer said.
