A malfunctioning traffic light was the cause of heavy traffic and delays at Four Corners in Hartsdale. On Wednesday, Dec. 18, and Thursday, Dec. 19, motorists have experienced “excessive” traffic delays along West Hartsdale Avenue during the morning commute, Greenburgh Police Chief Joseph Ryan said.
