Justina Ferguson, of Middletown, pleaded guilty to second-degree assault on Wednesday, Nov. 24, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. It happened just before 10:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 29 in Orange County in the Town of Newburgh.
