Authorities in the Hudson Valley are still searching for the suspects in two separate incidents involving cats being shot with a gun and arrow, leaving one of them dead. Both cases happened in Putnam County in 2019 and 2021 and are still unsolved, prompting the county's Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals to make social media posts on Thursday, Oct. 12 asking the public for any information they may have that could lead to arrests. The man accused of kidnapping a 9-year-old girl from a New York campground is now being investigated for any connection to the unsolved murders of two young women who disappeared near his home, according to a new report. Westchester DA To Pursue Charges Against Robert Durst For Missing Wife
A district attorney in New York will be pursuing charges against convicted killer and real estate heir Robert Durst for the unsolved 1982 of his first wife. Westchester County District Attorney Mimi Rocah is planning to take the case to a grand jury, according to multiple reports, 39-years after Kathleen McCormack Durst suspiciously disappeared near the Connecticut border.
