The Department says that left- and center-lane closures are expected on the Sprain Brook Parkway northbound between Interstate 287 and Route 100C in the town of Mount Pleasant and the village of Elmsford in Westchester. Lane Closures Scheduled For I-95 Roadwork In Westchester A series of lane closures have been scheduled for I-95 in Westchester, according to the New York State Thruway Authority. One lane of I-95 northbound and I-287 eastbound will close Friday, Sept. 6 at 10 p.m. until Monday, Sept. 9 at 6 a.m. as road crews install precast pavement slabs as part of the “Last Mile” infrastructure project.
