New Update: Lanes Reopen On I-684 After Crash Involving Overturned Vehicle This story has been updated. All lanes have reopened after a crash involving an overturned vehicle blocked lanes of I-684, causing lengthy traffic delays.  The incident, which involved two tractor-trailers, was reported on Monday, April 10 around 2:10 p.m. northbound near Exit 4 (Route 172) in Bedford.  The overturned vehicle blocked two lanes of traffic for several hours. I-684 Reopens Following Crash Injuring 3 Three people were injured, including one person who was ejected, when a tractor-trailer flipped on a packed highway. The incident took place in Northern Westchester around 8 a.m., Wednesday, July 20 on northbound I-684 in Katonah. The crash closed the roadway for several hours, but it has since reopened, said New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks. Tractor-Trailer Crash Causes Hours-Long I-95 Delays This story has been updated. There were delays of around two hours on a stretch of I-95 after a tractor-trailer crash in Fairfield County. The crash happened on the northbound side Friday morning, Aug. 21 at around 4 a.m., initially shutting down all lanes in Darien between Noroton Avenue/Exit 10 and Route 1/Exit 11. One lane reopened around daybreak with traffic backed up to Harvard Avenue/West Avenue (Exit 6) in Stamford. The highway did not fully reopen until the end of the morning commute.
