Bar Featuring Indoor Golf To Celebrate Opening In Westchester Even though the weather is getting colder, golfers can continue to get their fix at a Northern Westchester bar and restaurant already off to a great start just months after opening.  The Nineteenth Hole Indoor Golf And Bar, located at Ossining's Arcadian Shopping Center at 240 South Highland Ave., will be holding a grand opening celebration thrown by the Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, Oct. 26 at 2 p.m.  The bar, which originally opened in July, has seven indoor golf bays with state-of-the-art Trackman simulators, allowing visitors to "hit the links" while enjoyi…
