Irvington-on-Hudson resident Stephen Neubauer was arrested on Friday, Nov. 1 following an incident in Greenburgh, the town's police department said on Monday, Nov. 4. According to Greenburgh Police, officers stopped a vehicle in the Greenville part of town on Friday and recovered an unlicensed and unregistered 9mm handgun inside.
