Circuit Issue Causes Delays On Metro-North Update: Metro-North New Haven Line serve is now operating or close to schedule after earlier delays due to circuit issues. Original report: Metro-North customers are experiencing delays of 35 minutes or more on the New Haven Line late Monday afternoon. The delays are as a result of earlier circuit issues in the vicinity of Southport in Fairfield County.  Metro-North is advising riders to listen for announcements at local stations in a statement made at 4:30 p.m. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.
