CVS Condom Shoplifter Busted With Alleged Heroin In Scarsdale A shoplifter who allegedly stole condoms, lipstick and other items from a Westchester CVS is facing a host of charges after being busted with heroin and drug paraphernalia, police said. Investigators from the Scarsdale Police Department received a report shortly before 6 p.m. on Nov. 1 of a shoplifter at CVS on Popham Road.  Officers spoke with the store manager, reviewed surveillance video and determined that their suspect was a white female in her 20s with brown hair in a bun, carrying several bags and a purse.
