Man Caught With Unserialized Ghost Gun In Westchester: Will Spend Over Decade In Prison  A 43-year-old Westchester man will spend more than 10 years in prison after authorities caught him in possession of a loaded unserialized ghost gun following a shots fired incident, officials announced.
