Police Offer Assist To Man On Meth Blocking Busy Scarsdale Intersection Police intervention was required in Scarsdale when a 25-year-old man who admitted to taking methamphetamine was reportedly blocking a busy intersection and lying in the roadway. Officers in Scarsdale received reports shortly after 5:30 p.m. on March 27 of a man wearing a black shirt and black pants jumping up and down before laying down in the intersection of Crane Road and Chase Road.
