Reward Offered After Man Shot At Outdoor Party In Greenburgh A reward is being offered in connection with a shooting at an outdoor party in Westchester that left one person in the hospital. New York State Crime Stoppers, is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the shooting of a 25-year-old man in Greenburgh. The shooting took place around 1:08 a.m. Sunday, August 5,  in the vicinity of 136-142 North Evarts Ave., in the north Elmsford section of the town, Greenburgh police said.
