Man, 20, Arrested For DWI After Scarsdale Police Officer Found Him Asleep A 20-year-old man asleep behind the wheel with the car in gear at a green light was arrested by police in Westchester for allegedly driving while intoxicated. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department was traveling east on Mamaroneck Road at approximately 5:50 a.m. when he came to a stop at a red light at the intersection of Palmer Avenue.
