Westchester Man Arrested After Reaching Into Sheriff Deputy's Vehicle A man from Westchester driving with illegal license plates got handsy with a sheriff’s deputy on Long Island during a traffic stop and had to be taken into custody. A Suffolk County Sheriff’s deputy on patrol at approximately 3:18 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 stopped Mykhaylo Zubatyi, 29, of Yonkers, on North Ocean Avenue in Patchogue, for having suspicious license plates. According to the Sheriff’s Office, a DMV check of Zubatyi’s registration plate showed that it actually belonged to a different vehicle.
