Girl Rushed To Westchester Medical Center After Getting Hit By Car An 11-year-old girl was rushed to the hospital with injuries after being hit by a vehicle while crossing Route 82 on Wednesday afternoon in Dutchess.           The incident, in which the driver was found to have had a revoked license, occurred around 3 p.m. near Mavis Tires in Hopewell Junction, East Fishkill Police said. Upon arriving, police located an 11-year-old girl from New Windsor in Orange County. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene.
