Greenwich Police say they responded to the area of Merritt Parkway northbound near exit 29 (Lave Avenue) on a report of a driver slumped over the wheel on the side of the road on Sunday, April 7 around 11:45 p.m. Officers say they located a silver Honda with heavy front end damage traveling south on Lake Avenue near Old Mill Road.
