The blaze broke out at around 12:05 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 in Putnam County in the area of Route 301 and East Boyds Road in the town of Kent and was finally contained late in the day on Sunday, Oct. 27. A suspicious incident in the Hudson Valley involving a pickup driver who appeared to approach children at a bus stop has been resolved, police said.  The incident had happened in Putnam County on Monday, Nov. 6, when Carmel Police responded to the area of Barrett Hill Road on a report of a pickup truck approaching children at a Mahopac residence while they were waiting for their bus.
