Latimer Picks Two New Commissioners To Oversee Westchester County Jail
Westchester County Executive George Latimer named Joseph K. Spano as Commissioner and Louis A. Molina as First Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Corrections during a Thursday news conference in White Plains. Both bring a lifetime of experience, and diverse backgrounds, to the leadership positions at the county jail.
