Couple Charged With Stealing Flowers, Other Items From Graves In Hudson Valley
Two people have been arrested for allegedly stealing plants, pumpkins, and flowers from graves in a Hudson Valley cemetery.
Orange County residents John D. Riach, age 69, and Lisebeth S. Riach, age 63, both of the Town of Newburgh, were arrested Thursday, Oct. 27 for the incidents which occurred in Ulster County in the town of Lloyd, said Lloyd Police Chief James Janso.

Employee Nabbed Using Cell Phone To Take Photo Under Woman's Dress In Hudson Valley, Police Say
A store employee was arrested for allegedly taking a picture under a female customer's dress as she shopped at a supermarket in the Hudson Valley.
The incident took place in Ulster County at the Hannaford Store in Highland at 3650 Route 9W on Saturday, May 21, according to police.
Marcello Richter, age 22, of Kingston, was arrested by the town of Lloyd police after the woman, who was shopping at the Hannaford Store, told the store manager he had taken a picture under her dress, said Chief James Janso, of the Lloyd Police.

A former town supervisor in the area has died at the age of 56.
Paul Hansut, who served as supervisor in the Town of Lloyd in Ulster County, died on Saturday, July 17.
Hansut, a former Town of Lloyd Police officer, City of Poughkeepsie Police detective, and a former Ulster County legislator, had pancreatic cancer
