Wanted Man Busted For Stealing Mail In Westchester, Police Say Police busted a wanted man who allegedly stole mail in Westchester County. Officers from the Yonkers Police Department conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Nepperhan Avenue and Morgan Street shortly after 8:45 p.m. on July 26. During the stop, the officer recognized one of the men in the vehicle, Jamie Guzman, who was wanted in connection to a mail theft and check washing scheme, police said.
