The top prize guarantees a minimum payout of $7 million, NY Lottery said. Queens resident Mario Gonzalez, of Jackson Heights, claimed the $1,000 a Week For Life CASH4LIFE second prize, according to a report from the New York Lottery on Friday, Dec. 17. He opted to receive his prize as a yearly payment. Douala Hashi of South Jamaica, Queens, was sentenced to 60 days in jail by a judge after he violated an order of protection by visiting the congresswoman’s Jackson Heights office multiple times. The men, both from Queens, were arrested after Clarkstown police responded to the mall for a report of shoplifting, said Clarkstown Police Det. Sgt. Peter Walker.
