Duo Robs Victim At Gunpoint In Westchester Parking Lot: Suspects At Large Authorities are searching for two men who robbed a victim at gunpoint in a Westchester County parking lot, police said. The robbery happened on Sunday, Sept. 29 just after 2 a.m., when a 28-year-old New Rochelle resident told officers that two men had approached him and demanded he hand over his wallet in the Prospect Street parking lot, according to New Rochelle Police Captain J.
