Officials in a Westchester County city are expressing frustration after the Federal Emergency Management Agency denied it over $5 million in funds needed to repair damage caused by a devastating hurricane. After a months-long closure due to flooding damage from Tropical Depression Ida, a Westchester County restaurant is serving guests again. OKO Rye officially reopened on Wednesday, Dec. 1.
