Man, 44, Charged With Sexually Assaulting Child For Two Years A 44-year-old Hudson Valley man is behind bars after authorities say he sexually assaulted a child for two years. Members of the City of Poughkeepsie Police, the Dutchess County Child Abuse Center and the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office began an investigation into the alleged sexual assault of a 9-year-old female on Wednesday, Aug. 1. Octavio H.
