Sex Offender Convicted Of Raping Teenage Girl Reports Move In White Plains
A registered sex offender convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl has reported a move into Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert on Monday regarding the residency of 32-year-old Donnell O'Neil, who has moved to a Manhattan Avenue apartment in White Plains.
