Westchester Woman Indicted For Drunk Driving Crash That Killed Two
A 22-year-old woman in Westchester has been indicted on multiple felony charges for allegedly drinking, driving recklessly, crashing, and killing two passengers, the District Attorney announced. Pelham resident Bethzy Higueros was indicted by a Westchester County Grand Jury on a 12-count indictment for killing two from New Rochelle in a fiery crash earlier this year. A man apprehended nearly one year after a fatal shooting in Westchester has been arraigned on murder and weapons charges. Grand Jury Does Not Indict New Rochelle Police Officer Who Shot, Killed 24-Year-Old Black Man
A New Rochelle police officer who shot and killed a Black man in the city will not be indicted for his death. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A.
