A busy main road in Northern Westchester was closed to traffic for several hours after a tractor-trailer tipped over and spilled a load of rocks, police said. A high-speed police chase that ended with a crash has closed a major Westchester County roadway in two towns and injured a police officer, according to the Westchester County Police.
