It’s going to be a crowded field vying for their spot in the newly redrawn 17th Congressional District, which includes much of the Hudson Valley. Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee chairman Sean Patrick Maloney is expected to be challenged by Democratic State Sen. Alessandra Biaggi and possibly others as he looks to retain his seat.
