Westchester School Floods, Classes Canceled For Wednesday Flooding forced an emergency dismissal at The Bronxville School building on Tuesday and will lead to a canceled day of classes on Wednesday as crews continue cleaning up. Bronxville Schools Superintendent Roy Montesano was forced to make a tough call on Tuesday, to have an emergency dismissal as water permeated portions of the first floor of the school, mainly from Meadow Avenue.
