Lifelong Westchester Resident Anthony Piraneo Dies At 45 Anthony G. Piraneo who spent his whole life in Westchester died Wednesday, Aug. 21, at age 45. He was raised in Pelham where he attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Hutchinson Schools before graduating from Pelham Memorial High School in 1992. Born March 19, 1974, in  New Rochelle to Anthony and Patricia, he was one of three children. Piraneo went on to further his education with an associate's degree in communications from Westchester Community College. For 18 years, he worked as a dispatcher for Cable Vision.
